I am good with rotations and fly through dungeons in a good group its just solo play I lack in0 -

Any normal and vet dungeon, that doesnt have mechanics that require more than one person (e.g. multiple pressure plates that need to be activated at the same time) is easier to solo than vma.
U shouldnt go with a "bis"-, "meta"- ot "fotm"- build tho. Those r for premade vtrials only. To solo stuff u have to spec differently. U need to find a good balance between sustain, defense and dmg output. My favorite spot to try out those builds r the craglorn nirncrux trolls. They come with lots of hp, ~10k hps and do their share of cc and dmg.
On stamblade i run 7th legion and nmg w/ s&b/dw. Not that obvious on a stamblade: refreshing path, still does heal, speed up, grant resistance and does a tiny bit of dmg. Rend, bloood craze and vigor will keep u alive thru nearly anything.1 -

Skill includes more. Avoiding damage, hitting interrupts and such.
I am not suggesting you lack that skill, am just saying players like Gil are very demanding on themselves. You may find some videos of those that have soloed dungeons and you would be able to notice skills used. Also, try dropping Gil a message asking him what he uses when going solo into a vet dungeon.1 -

The only exception is that there are a few bosses that only a Sorc or NB can realistically solo due to needing a teleport skill (Shades, Streak) or a pet to take a one-shot or hold boss aggro (Sorc pets, maybe Warden bear).

nah, the warden bear is regularly off stuck in a wall, or sleeping somewhere while your warden fights. i think mine misses around 30% of fights.
