Bretons tend to have softer features than Nords. Less of a hard-set jaw, rounder cheekbones, that kind of thing.

Actually, amusingly enough, ESO is the only Elder Scrolls game where I can readily identify the different Nedic races on sight. Oblivion's potatoes were the worst. It was nearly impossible to distinguish between Bretons and Imperials based on their facial features.

They definitely don't look the same. Nords are very large and have harder features. Bretons can actually get some elf features including pointy ears.

My main used to be a nord. I went healer and race rolled to a Breton. I didn't change the sliders and now she looks like a younger sister to my former nord. Lol
