why is weapon swapping still unlocked at 15? rather it be 10

characters unlock the ability to PvP and dungeon run at 10 so why does something as vital as weapon swap have to wait 5 extra levels?
surely they should have been swapped around so you get 5 lvls of practice with weapon swapping before getting into stuff with other players?

Due to the way scaling works, you can exploit the zone scaling in dueling vs CP characters. I seen a level 14 the other day beating everyone who challenged her.
I tried the same thing and had pretty good results, scaling is broken.Master Debater1 -

possible but you might get ZoS thinking "but this is to much to take in at once!" hence why i think switching them would be smarter, gives them a chance to adjust to the whole swap bars before interacting with other players in dungeons and PvP

✭With it being such a small change that, lets be honest, doesn't really effect us that much, I'd say we're safer leaving it how it is considering Zos might try change this and break a *** ton more stuff in the game in the process
