    I'm a PVE roleplayer concerned about my vampires stage 4 skin tone and keep getting load screens so I came here to distract people from major issues with a rant thread about my characters cosmetic appearance.

    It depends on the build. One of Asmael's example builds, linked to earlier in this thread, indeed costs over 7k per second to block.

    This was actually a good change for pvp, people could just permablock and make invincible tank builds, for pve, well that's a different story.
