random crafts jumping material counts >.<

Just a frustration post, those times when you're crafting items for Daily Writs every day the mat costs are set to the lowest for each item, but sometimes just sometimes an item erroneously jumps to the max material on its own. If you're not too careful, crafting that Rubedite Cuirass for 15 ingots day in and day out for weeks on end never touching the craft count, for some reason or another catches you off-guard and it crafts using up 150 ingots instead.

It drives me crazy, why does it increase on its own like that I don't understand and if you're not quick enough you lost a large chunk of mats because the game decided to increase the material count for you. Annoys me so much when I'm doing this on 10 characters each day, for the most part it stays normal using the minimum amount of materials, but on occasion will it increase the count on its own when I least expect it. Okay rant over.

When you have 2500 ingots in your craft bag, and they aren't even worth selling anymore, losing 150 is...meh.

I wasted so many mats accidently doing that. Please just have it go back to 150cp when I switch to it.

I feel your pain. Had only about 300 rubedite ingots and wanted to make a little gold with the writs. Somehow it accidentally used 140 instead of 14 for the greaves, wasting almost half of what I had. /-:

Playing on PC + Dolgubon's Lazy Writ Crafter addon = get it right every time

Has gotten this before then I move from robe down to the smaller pieces, never on cp150 to 160 did not thought that was possible as it looks like the number of items used is constant and you make item for an higher level instead.
Done the mistake sometimes then crafting gear for alts.
