New idea for crafters

What if every crafted item doesn't have the same stats but changes between margins so perfectly created items have good -very good- sales. And you can increase the chance for good rolls according to motif count or achievement points.
What do you think ?

Would make sense in a single player RPG but not an MMO.

No. We already have improvement materials and passives to improve those.

You want to add an RNG grind to crafting? Heck no.

One of the main advantages of crafted sets is not having to deal with RNG. Now you want to add RNG to crafting? Just no.

No, just No. Already enough RNG in the game without adding it to this.

They could add transmog to any armor/weapon and make it crafting only. So you need a certain lvl in crafting, let's say 50 to do it. Also, maybe you will need special crafting materials to change the style of the armor/weapon.

I think the best idea to make crafting relevant is to make all the best items crafted-only. Mobs don't drop items, but mats, which crafters use to make the items. Bosses and dungeons, etc, drop special mats that crafters can use to make special items.

As long as drops are as good or better than crafted items, crafting will always remain just a hobby.
