ugh...that reply seems so fitting.

i pug this dungeon a lot so i see 80+% of players struggle with this bosses mechanics,even cp630s. only thing i know is broken on this boss for sure on xbox is cc break. it's not 100% chance to break bosses cc even with a full bar of stamina.

bashing her wont interupt her either. nothing does. its a bit out of my league to out dps her heal too. heh.

The most common mistake I see with pugs on the Vet version of this is people (Magicka Users) dodge roll from the ice spikes. When they get picked up, the cost to break free is more than the low pool of stamina they have.

On my Stam DK tank and Stam Nb. I break free immediately and she doesn't heal much.

I'm thinking probably a combination of lag and pug life on this one.

its been this way for months for me. eh...what can you do? just shrug and say whatev, along with the rest of the broken stuff. maybe hope the right amount of the right people experience and complain something? idk.

This must only be the vet version.

I've come up on some bugged bosses before. Ones that don't jump down (wayrest sewers) ones that keep resetting (dark shade caverns2) ones that don't spawn because a previous enemy is stuck in the wall (cradle of shadows easy spider boss) etc etc.
Sometimes you just have to accept you've been Zos'd and reset the dungeon.

I've been through her about 4 times on vet hm in the last week roughly, and the only times I saw people with issues is a healer w/o enough stam to break free.

You MUST pace yourself on this fight or she'll always catch you off guard and you'll be dead because you chose to ignore your stam reserves. Either tweak your cp to give a little stam reduction to break-free, swap a jewelry piece on with stam recovery, or make different foods to to improve stam regen or larger pool.

I'm stam dps and have 36k stam with pots, and still have to be careful to try and keep 50% on hand to break-free and self-heal + roll if need be. If tam gets to low, I'll hold heavy attack down or spam bow to keep damage coming in, and usually wait until 500k health to work a more aggressive rotation to burn her. There is a weird squatting bug animation the character gets forced into after breaking free, which is annoying.

my god. this was never about any sort of problem with breaking free of any cc. the issue i have had for awhile now has been THAT DRODDA DOESNT CC ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. SO THERES NO CC TO BREAK. BUT SHE STILL GOES THROUGH THE ANIMATION AND THE HEAL. THERES NO WAY TO STOP THE HEAL IF THERES NO CC TO BREAK. ...ugh.

This usually happens if u run immove pots or some method of granting immove apart from the normally cc break.

tbh, idk. i mean i use pots, they have immovable on them, but i use them sparingly, i know that everytime i dont get cc'd isnt from having a pot active. but maybe i'll go try not using them at all, maybe thats what your asking/thinking? like, just using one at somepoint might f it up from there on? worth trying. only other thing i can think to do is to try and unload-reload the game all together and see if it makes a difference. i kind of keep having this thought that it all started when i went in there with a lightning and resto staff setup and like the channeling of those is what started it, but might of just been coincidental timing. im running fire/lightning now, and iknow my stam sorc has same problem, so...eh. just sucks, i report, i stop going, weeks or months later i go back, and its still like that. reminds me of orsimer.
