I rememeber using this food (purple) that boosted my Stamina, Magicka and Health (not recovery but increased all the 3 stats) on my low level alt.
The food scaled based on my level i.e I can even use it on my lvl 6 toon without any level restrictions.
Can someone let me know what that is ?

Yes, but as far as I'm aware none of the scaling foods boost all 3 max stats. Only stats/stat+regeneration.0 -

Edit: scratch that. Not one of those. I do recall seeing a scaled recipe, and pretty sure it was tri-stat. Must have been an event recipe.
