Three starter inn rooms + Twin Sisters. I'll get the Vvardenfell inn room once I find time to quest through the map on my baby warden.
I think Rosy Lion is the only one that really "counts" for me so far, though. I've decorated it very nicely (imo) so it's warm and inviting and cosy. The other two inns are junk rooms and Twin Sisters is base Crown furnished with some dwemer pipes stacked in the yard and on the roof .. I have decoration ideas for it but need to find time to implement them.0 -

You can, however, put things on the roof. At least at its edges. I didn't try putting up a ramp or anything but I did get my Dwemer boiler and other large noisy pipe things sitting up there so as to lessen their sounds (they are wonderful sounds but they don't suit my plans for that particular house).1 -
