What abilities would you remove to bring in these new abilities? We will not be getting additional abilities unless the completely redo the vampire line to operate like a WW does now.

Essentially we will only have 2 abilities. Otherwise the ultimate becomes a transfer to vampire form and 5 abilities that are the only abilities available while in that form. Passives only work while in vampire form. Not suggesting Zos would make this kind of change but any discussion should be along one of those two lines.

Me? I'd want more drawbacks for the most part... you know, all the classisc, like reduced swimming speed (no crossing running water) or reduced powers in sunlight... I mean, I can see "no damage", but there should be -something- for the "creature of the night" fluff; in PvP as well, I'd like to see vamps to be of lower power then mortals in the daylight, but stronger at nighttime...

And definitely some "masquerade" skill that allows vampired to lower their appereance one level, thus seem "mortal" at stage 1, and a good reason to use it in town, like guards attacking on sight if they realize your character is a "bloodsucking fiend" (with a chance deepnding on visual stage - say, 25% at 1, 50% at 2, 75% at 3 and automatic at stage 4...)

Also, a bite cinematic instead of the "magical blood stream" wopuld be neat. Hey, it works well with blade of woe, so why not for vamps as well?

Actually, not all classic vampires do either. Dracula originally had no trouble walking around in londons daylight (or what passes for daylight in 19th century london anyway), he just lost all those nifty special powers he had during nighttime, and thus was way more vulvnerabe to, say, having his head cut off and being staked by some dutch maniac and such things...

Of course, there was that annoying bit about not being able to sleep right unless he had his home soil with him, so... I guess even classic book dracula didn't exactly have it better
