NB, but stam NB in particular because it doesn't have the survivability options mag NB has.

Templar great class for brand new players.

Stam blade has some skill like when ganking you need to choose your target, like whats around them how much health they have and what class, like a sorc could have a shield up just before they die, plus you Don't have mag blade resources to cloak out effectively.

Either stamblade or magblade by far. I've used both and the difference between other classes is very noticeable.

i would say it depends highly what were talking about - group pve, solo pve or pvp talking from a mostly solo pve perspective i think stamina dk and stamina nb are difficult due to lack of resource management, whereas i think magblade and magplar are the easiest...from all the stamina classes i think sorc and warden are the easiest...stam warden can have really great resource mgmt with certain sets/skills...

a bit amazing to me that people think magblade is that difficult and i am wondering what they are referring too...probably pvp?

I can't really say why in full length as to why it's the hardest but all I can say is that you have to try the class out first to realise how steep the learning curve is especially if you're a new player.

    Magblade for sure

Stam blades have speed, much better resource recovery and much better burst damage.

Either way, both do not have burst heals and are quite squishy.

To pull the serious numbers each class requires great skill. Much of the calls the complaints in the forums.

Players say bow is not viable yet

That build includes a pre morrowind parse that is very solid and no reason it would not be solid today.

    Stamblade
    Stamblade.

Magblade is easy as pie, just go stick and skirt and continous-lifedrain your way to victory.

But the stamina Nightblades... that takes skill to do well, and was the one among all my various character flavors (and yes, I tried them all except warden tank, darn missing fiofteenth character slot) that I needed maximum effort to get a handle on.

In fact, stamblades suffer so much from not having "oh, crud" skills that they are practically -required- to PvP for vigor to be decent enough...

I'd tell every new player to start templaring, and go stamblading last, when they have the required skillz. Sadly, I did it the other way around, and boy did I struggle on my stamblade archer/twin dagger main before I got the hang of it...

But once you do get the hang of it, stamblades can be loads of fun!
Especially -because- they take some skill to drive well!

@IronCrystal I don't think anyone is under the impression that mTemp is the hardest to play, but not having sTemp? bias or forgetfulness? :p

    Magblade
Can't believe Stamblade is the most skill-requiring class when it's the class with the most cheese flavors... non-bombing Magblade should be the first imo. Much more control is involved. Stamblade? Just run Viper 2h front bar + Eternal Hunt bow back bar + Selene. Cloak, open with poison injection, ambush, fear, SA + incap. Rinse and repeat. That's literally every "skilled" stamblade player. Literally, the easiest rotation in the game. On top of that, you got selene and viper proc. Gotta run? Switch to Eternal Hunt bar and roll dodge the hell out of a rock, and then cloak. Dunno what makes that such a hard class to play... It's not like we have variety of different playstyle. Nearly every Stamblade plays with the same build and same playstyle... Creeping Ravage Health Poison on top of all that is more effective on a stamblade. I've seen some stamblade players that try magblade and switch back to stamblade. Wonder why... If we had more stamblades that actually varied in gears and playstyle, then, yeah, it'd be one of the most difficult classes to play. But if you're a procblade that can have only 2.5k weapon damage and still do a ton of damage, and has 1.2k mag recovery, 3.2k stam recovery, I don't see how that class is, in any way, a hard class to play... lmao I tried that setup the other day, and somebody thought I was a very skilled stamblade player, and I do not play stamblade as a main class... Go on Youtube and watch all these videos titled "New Stamblade build for Morrowind!" and you'll see that, more likely than not, you're watching the same damn video over and over, just with different voice and name. "Wait, I thought I just saw this video... but it's on Xbox/PS4 now? Wth..."

Interesting question I'm going to take way too seriously.

Some class/specs are more forgiving and newb-friendly than others. Eg: magsorc. They have a low threshold for doing good damage, which means you can do a lot even if you're not awesome. (Yet?)

But it doesn't work the other way. Magsorcs at the high end who are skillful are skillful. Would they do less damage on a different class/spec? Probably, but that's the game's issue, not theirs. High skill is high skill.

Is a high skill stamplar (that's the one I see least often and think "holy hell that guy is good") objectively better than a high skill magsorc -
more skilled - because he put in the time on a less forgiving spec? Hell if I know. No opinion. Maybe not a lot of people want to deal with the hot mess that is Aedric Spear. :|

If you mean which is takes the most skill to play at all, eh. I know for sure you can play for a long time on a class/spec you suck at, I've done it.

I wouldn't recommend stamplar or stamdk to a newb, but some would probably pick it up and run with it just fine.

I've played every spec in the game, non-bomb magblade is the hardest, with non tank/utility magdk being a close second.

Amazed by the number of people saying stamblade, unless we're talking about duels they've been consistently one of the easiest specs for years.
