Personally I think this is wrong. Really what's happening is Zos is trying to encourage gambling, these free crates are really a underhand way of trying to get us addicted.

Its a bit like going to a party and a drug dealers there and he gives you a free sample to try.

    Totally immoral.

And as for anyone who actually buys these crates, well I don't want to get banned so I won't print what I really think of you.

This so called free gift is anything but free really. And to think Zos has the nerve to thank us.

not this again, Life in general is filled with addiction. from sugar, ciggerets, games, gambleing. ESO existing in general is a way to trigger addiction. so no they are not trying, they are adding something for those who want to, can buy them. If you can not control your self, then honestly you need to find help and not complain on the forums about it.

Trouble is, most people lack the self control needed to stop them giving in to such impulse buys, very very few people have the sort of control I have.

Like the free samples of cheese and meat in the supermarket you mean? Or the free slices they give out to kids? All addiction-based? Wake up my dear boy, the whole world runs on addicted and autistic people (yes we all are on some degree), otherwise the world will stop turning.

as I mentioned in my statement that by the original poster i commented on post implies that its a way to make people addicted, what they do not mention is how we are all addicted to things in a day to day life. from your morning cup of coffee to the type of snacks you enjoy. Everything is a form of addiction, some slightly mild others severe. Most Americans Are addicted and do not even know it, at least crown crates you KNOW what you are getting in to.

To be fair, if they did then they would not be complaining that the free crates are a way to get people addicted.
