Can anyone tell me where the motifs for these drop so I can craft them?

    These are not craftable items. Encasement of Anguish was a dolmen reward (I'm not sure if it still is), and the Dark Seducer costume is a quest reward.

    Dark seducer costume should (still is?) a reward for reaching a certain number of champion points. Before that, for reaching a certain veteran rank.

    I believe the Dark Seducer is for reaching CP60.
