can not leave the group finder queue even after quitting the game and relaunching

Now that is really ennoying. I want to leave the queue to group with my husband, and we can not because even after relog in and relaunching the game, i still can not leave the queue, Timer start again and again.
Any idea please to correct this ?

If you submit a ticket it might take hours before they even get back with you. And that might just be an automated message. But you might get lucky.

Lauranae✭✭✭✭✭UPDATE : i was very lucky, an offer to group popped up asking if i was ready, i said no. Its sad because i really wanted to do some heals group, but no way i will stay in group finder when it is not working.
Though the game refuse you to even form a group. And while i am not anymore in queue, i still can hear the refresh from group finder queue
