    Yes, i PvP quite a bit actually.

    In fact, i leveled my 100% stamina Stambalde purely in Cyrodiil and didn't venture outside until she was VR14 (yes, she's that old).

    PS, as I pointed out previously, magicka heavily uses their magicka to stay alive by using shields and how the idea presented in the OP does not even consider the effects on tanking.

    Continuing to ignore the larger picture and especially how your suggestion affects specifically roles shows a weakness in a he design of the suggestion.
