At least send the players who are ready to the dungeon and continue searching for other players.

Alternatively, form the group but don't take us to the dungeon until the last 1 or 2 members are found.

It has to be easier/faster to find 1 or 2 players than to constantly cut the whole group and start over.

Please keep the ready check. I don't want to be ported to a dungeon, only to have to wait for people to load in, be kicked for being AFK and then wait for finding new people who hopefully are there. When the lfg queue for dps takes long, you can't expect everyone to be always ready when a tank and healer are found. Maybe they are doing a quest instance, or maybe they are AFK making something to eat. Having them ported and being kicked will only result in more frustrations for both the player itself, and the group that still has to wait for the new group member.

They instead just need to fix their queue, in stead of blaming it on the people not clicking ready. (might help to make ready check visible while in combat).

Now all you get is "someone declined" and go through an endless loop never actually getting a group.

The problem is the reforming group loop, one DD don't respond or deny, why he should deny i don't know.
Next the tank deny. tries again and sometimes it fails.

The game should simply look for replacement and kick the one who don't respond down some step in the queue.
If the game can not find an replacement say you want an specific dungeon and no tank queue for random dungeon or your, you would be put in front of queue so you would get next random dungeon tank.

Still it works decently after the last patch.
