My personal favorite is gilliamtherogue. Not only does he create good content....he has a great personality, humble and down to earth. Which is for me the important part since Youtubers/Streamer seem to be mostly "Hey-look-at-my-awesomness"-types who I just can't deal with.

He is a hero and totally doesn't keep me in the basement in chains and never ever torture me ever. I am absolutely not making this statement with @Alcast behind me threatening me with a club or anything.

Alcast is probably one of the top YouTube's out there.

Kevduit spends a lot of time on his videos, and they are very informative, but he turns all of his videos into little skits, doing different voices and acting out some kind of slapstick... just be prepared for a lot of stupid BS and voice changes in an attempt to be funny. Some people like it, I think it's all like sandpaper on my ears.

Deltia was good, but he pretty much gave up on ESO, and even made a video about it. He promised some videos way back, so he did them after morrow, but he made it a point to say he was doing them because he said he would. Not so sure he's in rehab, just playing other games, and trying to work out.

SypherPK is the OG and Fengrush too

One thing about YouTubers and steamers is sometimes you get the feel that they think they're superior to their viewers. You pick up on certain things and the way they speak.
Sypher definitely doesn't have that.
Imo Fengrush doesn't have that either. He's just straight to the point, confident in what he's saying and experienced enough to say it in a more relaxed manner but I don't get the narcisst feel with him. Seems genuine.

I do get the narcissist feel from a few others though lol and some mentioned on this post. These people need to remember that there are hundreds of better players that don't make videos lol they don't have time or don't want to, but if they did, they'd be better than theirs.

Depends what you are looking for.....

Gilliam is brilliant at crunching numbers and theory crafting

Alcast is trials master, frankly more knowledgeable than most ESO devs I believe in regards to trials.

Fengrush is a pvp master, though does everything and is very insightful. He is well thought out critical at times.

Deltia's beginning guides (you have to go back till around console release) are still the best beginners builds. Though admittedly some are outdated and you have to dig through a lot of junk uploads now.

Elloa and MissBiz are great for watching all around play and gaining new information. Others tend to be slanted too far towards PvP/Trials/whatever they specialize in. They seem to be the best impartial when changes arrive.

Static has a GREAT series for new dungeon dwellers, explaining the mechanics of each vet dungeon.

Really wish there were more but streaming has become less about community building and more about proving how "pro" you are in order to do it for a living.

Really though, it depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking for PvP highlights I'd be the worst, but looking for a chill immersed experience through the stories? Well, better not look at Fengrush.

There's always new creators popping up that are great that just started so aren't very well known (yet), sometimes using the "sort for recent uploads" is awesome/

E:forgot to add Rhage Lionpride to the PvP category. He may be a dirty DC but he's probably the best Stamplar in the game.

Feng was fun to watch before he went full proctard and all about "exposing" and "packing people up." His clips of him soloing groups of AD on Axe of Belharza Imperial City Sewers were probably his peak.

I like to watch small scale PvP videos . I think Fengrush does that best . Especially when he plays a support role . His Dragon Distrubitor videos are my favourite ones . Warden Healer videos are very good as well .
