The 1.26 patch notes say the patch is around 400mb, yet my ps4 is chatting 17.6gb? What's that about?

IwakuraLain42✭✭✭✭✭That's due to the way the patcher works on PS4: the patched (that's what is verified) is 18gb but the actual patch (what is downloaded after verifying) is only 400 MB0 -
