I would just like to say I'm pleased I can dps again with my ice staff. I didn't even think about increasing the damage of its light attacks so I don't have to use heavy attacks and taunt mobs.

Try test it proc on dummy, it hardly procs with AOE so you have to keep cast ice spells..

seedubsrun✭✭✭✭Julianos is better for sure but for the fun of playing an ice mage build it's nice on a warden. Also I think it's silly when people say frost staves are unusable on anyone but a magic tank. I use mine with my winterborn warden on my back bar. I do my AOE rotation with light attack weaves and do the frost wall of elements then swap to my front bar lightning staff for heavy attacks. It's not super powerful but that's mostly cause the magic warden's DPS is pathetic right now. My ice heart/winterborn procs all the time0 -

Wardens cap out at around 31k with best-in-slot gear lol (they're terribly underpowered).
You're going to be lucky to push 15k with that setup, and that'll gimp you even in vet dungeons. Sure they're easy, but if you don't have a stronger DPS next to you, you might run into some trouble here and there (and you certainly won't make things easy for your tank and healer).Edited by MLGProPlayer on July 13, 2017 4:01AM1
