Thrown out of Cyrodiil / IC upon logging back in, regardless of whether campaign is full or not

You are now being thrown out of Cyrodiil or IC every time you log out and log back in to one of your characters. It doesn't matter whether the campaign is full or not. Right now it is off-peak time. Vivec is not full, Shor is completely empty, and I get thrown out of Cyrodiil every time I switch character in both campaigns. I don't know whether this is intentional or a bug. Either way, ZOS, please undo this immediately! For example, I spend most of my time in IC, and I deliberately went into the new Shor campaign to avoid this sort of thing. We play this game for fun. It is not fun having to ride to IC, or wherever else you were before.

What if you get an infinite loading screen, and relog for that reason?
What if your character becomes invisible to your group members, and you relog for that reason?
What if you get disconnected from the internet, and you relog for that reason?
What if you simply want to relog to your crafter and make some more potions?

This is on PC EU, btw. I hope this is a bug and ZOS fix it asap.

I hope they didn't change it to work like this. With all the freezing, crashing and disconnects in this game? Did this start after the patch on pc? I am on xbox one and hoping this isn't the case. If so it is going to be bad. Always relogging because of disappearing walls and doors in keeps etc.

The employee handbook says they cannot fix anything without breaking something else...

They are at least following that tradition
