I've been getting this error ever since Morrowind dropped. And I get this error every week with the maintenance updates. Running as administrator does nothing. Repair does nothing. This has become more than frustrating. This often resolves itself after a few hours of screaming at the PC, restarting the PC, cursing ESO, and repairing a gazillion times. This is absolutely unacceptable. I dread every maintenance day now.
