Whats the point of crafting inspiration if one is already a lvl 50 crafter?

I just don't get why I am awarded great inspiration at that point just to have it spill on the ground like water rolling off a duck.

The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.

You mean from deconing items that grant inspiration? Or doing writs?
If you don't need those items, sell them on the guild trader. The inspiration from writs is totally meaningless once you max out. It's just what you get for doing a writ, no matter what xp level your skill line is.

You guys don't read the whole description of inspiration. You gain extra XP AND Mats when you deconstruct those items. I decon those all the time for mats. White items, yes. I don't bother, but green and above, I get a temper from them about 80% of the time.

Do you mean the CP passive?

No you get crafting xp from doing master crafting quests in craglorn, they require your crafting skill to be 50 making them pretty pointless

Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

OP isn't talking about the intricate trait. It's the inspiration points you get from turning writs in.

I also don't understand why one still get inspiration points at max level, maybe there is something they plan in the future-- maybe.

Let's hope it keeps track past cap. When it ultimately gets raised I should be OK for blacksmith lvl 3765 from deconning all those gold maelstrom maces.

This is what I was specifically referring to.

    Sorry if I was unclear.

I've never thought of it as a big deal.

Most of us have played games with a hard level cap. We keep warning XP even though it's doesnf so anything. When the level can is raised we don't get back credit for anything.

    Really nothing different with inspiration.

Ahh, you gain additional CP points. If you're maxed CP, then they are no good.

    I don't think it's a big deal either.

Once my characters hit 50 they get tunnel vision for master writs ...

Agree. Inspiration is great while leveling, the same as xp.

Yeah I also feel like it's wasted when I turn in my writs. It's 6×20k inspiration every day. I wish I could save it somehow.

Extra mats. Getting 1 rubedite per deconned item is annoying.

You mean like they tracked our vet xp to be turned into champion points...
