Error 200 please help

All of a sudden I've been getting this error and can't login, I don't no why. I know that the error is basically something to do with my firewall, so after reading the Customer Support page I attempted to open the ports they provided, and this is what my page looks like on my router settings.
I'm 90% sure that I haven't entered this correctly, can anyone please tell me how to enter it? I'm losing my mind over this, thank you.

teladoy✭✭✭✭✭I don't think that has to be with open the ports. Some suggestions:
Deactivate any kind of antivirus or program you can have installed against spam or whatever and try again.
Deactivate windows firewall.
Take your computer to the house of a friend and see if there you have the same problem.
Try with another router.
Start the game in admin mode.
Try to repair the game.
