Add a "Go to Bank chat option" on alliance guards

When they're collecting bounties and ask you to pay. I have 0 gold on my toon but 2 million in the bank. A go to bank option should be added where the guard escorts you to the bank and you can only withdraw the amount of gold that your bounty is at. This would make more sense rather than having to choose flee and increasing your bounty and getting killed every time you enter a town

Not the OP but whenever I go to the bank I deposit anything over 1,000g. I have 6 characters (plus 2 mules) and putting the gold in the bank means it's easy to get to whenever I want to spend it.
