So I don't know what is wrong with ESO servers but I keep getting lag on NA server for no reason and it used to be fine but after the past month probably after Morrowind launch.

I checked my internet speed it's fine, I am not downloading anything and I tried other online games and my ping is fine there.

ZOS help! for the love of Azura the game is unplayable for me :(

Disable and/or uninstall Merchant Master in the first instance, if you are running that.
If not, do a Windows cleanup to remove temp files etc.
Run a Verify (or whatever) on the game files to reload any that need replacing.

Doing this got rid of most of the problems AT MY END, which is where our highly regarded, fellow forum members insisted the problem resided.

Otherwise Zos already fixed it at their end (for me anyway) and your situation is an exception.

I got suspenders for saying "Testicular Mass" instead of "Balls". like, rilly.

I'm getting it too on EU, 300-999 ping or kicked.

But I'm at home with low bandwidth and family here so I assumed it was just people in the house downloading. But this seems to be something much different. I never get kicked out at 2pm in the afternoon no matter how much pron my family is downloading

Standing in Vivec city with a ping that varies between 80 and ~5000. Reading zone chat it seems quite a lot of others are having the same issue. This isn't an addon issue.

it's terrible today and yesterday was no better.

no, the op's situation is not an exception.

with a major pvp event upcoming, let's hope zos sorts this out, quickly.

I almost never have any problems with the game but this morning the lag was terrible. Couldn't fish, couldn't fight, couldn't even open doors without long waits. I logged out because I don't have the patience for that.

I'm only relating my own experience from a week or so ago.

I said MM specifically, not addons in general. I never reactivated it, simply because I was enjoying having a responsive game for the first times in months and didn't want that to change. I haven't played since before the last maintenance. Possibly a good thing, given what I'm reading everywhere here.

was somewhat sarcastic. I don't actually believe that any of what I did fixed the problem; but everyone kept telling me that the problem was 'at my end'...

    Last night was pretty bad.

I was in Morrowind in a delv when suddenly my latency increased from (normal) around 135 to 999+. I lost control of my character and knew I was going to get kicked, which I was.

I was able to get back in, and the latency just kept going between 135 - 999+, but I didn't get kicked anymore. Still, when it's that high, it's almost impossible to fight because of the delay when you click on a spell/ability, and when it would actually fire.

Hope it's back to normal later today when I'm playing again.

Been having this same problem since Morrowind launch. Everything is fine for a while, then the ping starts gradually climbing until its 999+.

I wish ZOS could actually tell us what is going on because clearly it isn't on our end.. On my end everything is running smoothly I even checked other online games and everything seems in normal ranges.
