Lost access to alot of my mats

Hi i have a question, my bank doesnt seems as full as it should be.
when i go to the bank it states i just have for example 30 sanded ruby ash.
but i know i got way more then that, so i go to any crafting bank and if i want to craft it states i have 871 sanded ruby ash.
this is the case with all my mats so even my kuta's and tempering alloys.
does anyone else ever had this problem cause its kinda *** cant even sell my yellow mats if i wanted.
can still use them if needed thank god i have over 200 yellows of each but still....

You must've used the free ESO Plus access the other week - to get your mats so you can sell them, you need to open crafting bag and retrieve however many you want into your regular bag.

You can craft with them while they're in the crafting bag though.

how can i acces this without eso+ to take them out? or do i have to buy eso + for that?

Open crafting bag like I said, select mat and choose "retrieve".

You can remove stuff from the crafting bag but not add stuff to it. I assume you access it from the inventory screen in the usual way.

On PC there is a crafting bag tab on your inventory page. I'm sure console has a similar tab even if the lay out is different.

This is correct, on console you can tab over to crafting bag while on your inventory page with the R1 button.
