ERROR 200!!!

I can't get an answer on the technical support forum so I'm going to try here.

3 days ago I moved in with someone and I've been getting this error at login. For whatever reason, I cannot play. According to ZOS it's something to do with the firewall and I have to allow the ports, well this is what I did (pictured in the below thread)

Can someone please help me out here, either with a solution or help understanding why this is even happening.

I can't play and I'm having ESO withdrawals.

    Also worth noting that yesterday I was able to log in just fine no dramas, tonight I've attempted to log in again and nope! Error 200.

    For a start just be assured that most likely problem to this error 200 crap is nothing to do with you or equipment, or DAMN firewall.

    First I have been getting all matter of errors for this game and like you have recently been hit with this error 200 crap.
    Earlier today within the last hour to be a fact.

    Try logging into your eso account in your web browser (For this error it really does not matter.) but is always my first port of call as any forced offline time due to patch, update what ever may de link your IP from the server if it did you will get a message for a code sent to your email. put that code into box and you should be good to go again.

    However with this error 200 rubbish I was not able to get back online until either the server allowed me to log in or someone at ESO's end did something.

    The pure lack of feedback to issues is appalling

    You could also try closing game and loader client should both be running wait 5 to 15 min and try again.
    I hope this helps if your not back in game yet.

    Other wise lodge a support ticket re issue.
    Be assured IT IS NOT AT YOUR END. I did nothing for this error to happen and it mysteriously stopped and allowed me back into game..


    Hoping your back in game ASAP.
    Would be wonderful if these issues did not happen but what can anyone expect in reality it will never happen.

    I appreciate the response giinoz.

    Tonight when I get home I'm going to be swapping out the modem with a new one in the hopes that might do something. I know you said it isn't on my end but so far here's a list of the things I've tried.

    • Opening the ports ZOS suggested
    • Turning off Firewall
    • Running a repair
    • Swapping out Modem

    I don't know what else to do beyond that, if the issue isn't on my end that's some comfort, but by the same token if it's on ZOS's end, that means I'm probably never going to get a response as clearly the forum isn't a place to ask for help (3 days and no answer from a dev) and the customer service page fails to load.

    I'll update on my progress tonight, in the mean time pray for Mojo.

    The servers are garbage. Not that I could afford any better, still garbage. Or maybe the servers are fantastic? Then it's the Zeni that's garbage.Meh, I get the error 200 message and inability to connect to the servers also, perhaps I am the filthy guy to blame...

    Nah...it's crappy servers. Maybe.

    They probably aren't looking into it because its not a problem worth looking into if its not impacting more players. Sadly.

    I mean they released BG with no CP and the Q is completely broken. So i doubt they have any idea how to fix your problem

    Didn't make a difference, the problems totally on ZOS's end. It's also recently reamerged from this whole DDOS debacle.
