Imperial city player spawns right where he's killed.

Was playing in the districts with some friends the other day. Ran into a Templar solo who was fighting some npcs and we killed him pretty quick.
Now I know when a npc gets the last hit you can soul gem revive, which he did, but just appeared without the normal translucent glow you get when you revive with a soul gem.
We kill him again and 10 seconds later revives right there in the same spot.
Kill again, he sends me hate mail pm saying if only he was on his stamblade or something, I ask him how he kept spawning and he said he zoomed out of the map and chose respawn at keep and that spawns him where he died.
I tried it to see if he was telling the truth and it didnt work. Anyone else run into players doig this?

I don't normally use daggers, but when I do, I choose dos Lekis.

✭✭✭Around the forums right now there is a tale being told of people being able to "self res" in Imperial City. Supposedly the bug is fixed for PC, but not for consoles at this moment. And I believe the bug is specific to Imperial City.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Its a self revive exploit thats easy to do and very particular to do. So you know what your doing when you do it.
Its been patched today on PC and will be on Wednesday on console.PS4 EU DC
Current CP : 756+
I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.
