I'm not complaining, I'll still play my Khajiit, but potion speed cooldown reduction enchantment will be functional in Update 15. Are all other races extinct? Is clever alchemist now BiS for argonians especially?

Will @ZOS ever make carnage in the Khajiit passives apply to both weapon and spell crit?

    Even operational, the potion cooldown only beats out recovery on an argonian chugging pots on cd.
