Unable to get to character select screen
after login game starts loading the character select screen which eventually times out with a "lost connection due to inactivity. please login again to reconnect" cna also not find any way to submit a ticket for this issue

can actually hear music in background just never brings up the character select screen

Have repaired twice and rebooted several times...still hangs will eventually time out like the user screen is really there but behind the loading screen. snake still turning and music playing
