So the free ESO+ thing just ended at 3PM BST. I haven't logged on yet for my daily crown (Last log on was at 1AM BST) will I still get the crown crate for today? It says on the news that I have to log on between 5AM and 4:59AM BST every day to claim a crate. Does this still count for today even though the event is over?

✭✭✭✭✭If you logged on to ESO between 5:00am BST July 9th and 4:59am BST July 10th - you'll get the final day's crate.
You had to log in once per day according to EDT, so I just did the time conversion. July 9th was the final day so from 12:00am July 9th to 11:29pm EDT July 9th you had to log in for it to count for that day. (and BST is ahead of EDT so that's why it's July 10th ending for BST)
