No light/heavy armor experience.

I just created a Khajiit NB - he just turned 10. He has 1 piece of light armor, 1 piece of heavy armor, and the rest is medium. For some reason, I'm only receiving experience for medium armor. I've run the same setup for seberal other characters and received experience for all 3 types. Am I missing something somewhere?

seedubsrun✭✭✭✭You're likely still getting the experience but just haven't unlocked the skill lines yet. After Morrowind you have to equip at least 3 pieces of an armor type to unlock the skill line. Just equip some junk to unlock then go back to what you usually wear5
