Charged twice in 2 days for eso plus - and it's not working either.

I was charged on the 30th and the first for my eso plus subscription. On top of that, it is appearing as not active and I have no access to dlc, I cannot deposit items into my bank, and I cannot store my crafting mats. Please fix this and refund my $15.93. Support is telling me to contact xbox live support and Xbox live support is telling me it is non-refundable.

    You do need to contact Microsoft. They are the ones that charged you. If you were charged twice, they will be able to see why, not ZOS .....

    Go to Xbox.com log into your profile and then go to subscriptions

    See what appears.
    If from there go to your billing transactions....note a hold isn't a charge but your bank may not have removed the hold due to the holiday week.

    A lot of people are having this issue. Gina Bruno said it would be fixed on wedenesday. I contacted microsoft, but they gave me the runaround and would not refund my money even though they pulled from my account on 6/29, 7/1 and will again on 7/28. They wanted my bank statements because they didn't trust their own billing history on my account page. That is what the csr told me that I talked to on the phone. I was like wtf? Anyway, not sure how Zos is fixing this, or how people will get refunded, compensated for lost game time, or how they will get their free crown crates because the game went inactive during the event. I also only got 1500 crowns for paying 30 bucks too....hmmmm.

    Yep, same response from microsoft support for me. A friend had the same problem and was also unable to get refunded. Pretty absurd.
