    Yes, that would be considerably friendlier to new players. But why should Battlegrounds be friendly to new players? I suppose that it might be better for ZOS if they were -- fewer newbies getting discouraged by losing might lead to more new players sticking around -- but I have nothing against learning curves.

    It's good that new players won't be disadvantaged by being put up against max-level players with max-level gear in BGs anymore. But it's a bad idea to try to keep them from being disadvantaged solely by their lack of experience -- lack of experience ought to be a disadvantage.

    Lack of experience ought to be a disadvantage, on the other hand games, sports, etc that are actually successful (as opposed to the failed joke that PvP largely is in MMORPGs) for the most part don't place massively experienced participants up against newbies, or even place not so good experienced participants against very good experienced participants, because it frankly isn't fun for anyone who isn't a scrubcake, which is why they have things like leagues, ranking, systems, etc to try and avoid that.

    I think it would be fun, personally to watch the Toronto Maple Leafs back in the day with Tie Domi, up against a 7 year old pee-wee hockey team. Imagine the awesomeness of those checks.

    Ok, you put lowbie battleground but the question is, are they forced to join it or they still can queue for 50+ ???

    They must still be able to queue for 50+, I've had many under 50s in my games since the update.

    It's on PC now but will be coming to consoles on the next patch/incremental for Xbox/ps4.

    Please please please gives us the option to choose what mode we want to play as well. No one likes CTF since it's dominated by troll tank builds. Just let us queue for TDM specifically :)

    Any chance we will have seperate game play modes? I really would like to queue for capture the flag or other modes seperatly.

    This sounds good, but it is incredibly frustrating. Maybe tweak the match making logic so that it tries not to put level 14s against high ranked premades.

    Separate queues for the different game modes have been discussed but we are still monitoring the queue in it's current state especially since we just split the queue. Currently we have 10-49 and 10-50. If we added queue'ing for individual game types, that would be 6 splits, which would result in longer queue times. We'll be watching though and see if it's plausible in the future.

    exp gain still too low:/ dolmen gives 3400 exp and last like 2-3 min. BG give 1100 exp and last 20 min?
    why not just give 10k exp so its worth it.

    ZOS_BrianWheeler I just ran one of the capture the flag 10-49 battlegrounds and there were no flags to be captured.

    So glad to hear about the XP boost. I will try leveling up all my lowbies this way

    In my case I prefer Deathmatch mode but still have fun with CTF.

    The only mode I don't like is Domination, where you are sort of penalized for having fun and fighting other players. CTF might benefit from some adjustments to the map layout or process for capturing or turning in the flag, but the objective of the game mode still involves fighting enemy players to win.

    In Domination mode you sometimes end up with teammates who are very serious about winning, and try to get everyone to run away from fights and just flip flags, or sometimes end up with teammates who don't care about the flags and just want to PVP.

    Is this because the player numbers for Battlegrounds is low overall? I can understand if that is the case can also understand if you cant talk numbers... I believe when PvP is fun for non-gankers and players not using proc sets numbets should rise as Battlegrounds is tons of fun for quick games.
