If you were a full-fledge tank build you would actually survive that bird spam.

Put together 12 Magplars with simultaneous Dark Flare+Jesus Beam, or Stamina builds with 12 Crit Charges or Viper's Sting+Tremorscale, 12 DKs using Dragon Leap, 12 Sorcs simultaneously casting Rune Cage into an Overload Light Attack, or anything where 12 players use a skill simultaneously.

It's all the same result in a way that turns out much more effective that having to Cliff Racer spam on a single player for 5-10+sec who would otherwise die in like 1/2sec to other 12x simultaneous skill casts.
