It makes sense that you can't access the new battleground as part of the new dlc if you haven't already bought the prerequisite. You can't access vMA without Orsinium, or ICP/Wgt without the IC expansion, so it's logical to assume that if you didn't buy the expansion to unlock battlegrounds you can't play any new battlegrounds that come out because that shows the players who actually bought the expansion that it didn't matter.

they lied when they said that eso+ subscriber will have ful acecs to all the dlc content...clearly is not the case anymore, my eso + will be canceled0 -
