The home will come out with the Reach DLC. It is tied to the Falkreath dungeon and you must beat the dungeon (on normal) for the correct achievement to be eligible to buy the house.
It is a new layout, Nord Architecture home.

Nerfs to proc sets. Why am I not surprised.
Yup, which is why I never bothered with farming proc sets in the first place.
So you were underpowered for like a year. Sweet strat. Its not really farming when you can buy from the vendor and they are a garunteed drop from easy dungeon bosses either.
I never used proc sets(and trust me a 20-24k lethal arrow is not underpowered)

Viper was already nerfed like twice, so it'll be nerfed again.
But that type of sets are not the only thing that's a worrysome for gankers.
My stamina Nb runs x5 Clever Alchemist, x3 agility, x1 kena, x1 velidreth (may try x2 selenes) along with 2h sword & bow.
and I can still 1 shot players.0 -

I hope they do change it actually. Kinda lame that you can 1 shot players in PvP. I was kinda wanting to change my nightblade build anyway. Not sure exactly what to though.
