ESO Plus Billed me and ZOS took it away at same time!!!

I am not calling Microsoft. You guys billed me and took it away at same time. I have been ESO Plus since day one. All of my buddies have had this issue and you guys basically tell them to get bent. It is crap, give me what I paid for.

    Guess what? It's an issue with Microsoft so go complain to them. ZOS said on ESO Live on Friday that if ESO Plus has been charged to your account but not showing up and you're a console player (because PC doesn't have these issues) contact either Sony or Microsoft.

    This just happened to my spouse. any advice?
    Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
    Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
    Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
    Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.

    Credit Card companies get a bad rap but I tell you,
    I use my credit card for almost everything and it pays to.
    Any problems with stuff like this, contact them and they work it out.
    It is amazing to see companies bow to the power of one of few forces out there
    that can actually get your money back and within a very short time to boot.

    This sounds like an mess up, and if it happens to lots of players they will sort it out.
    Be lucky you are not the only one as it would be far down in the todo list.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.
