Aside from the normal hundreds of bugs and flaws, here's a new one... block animation shield is stuck up all the time, literally 100% of the time. Even if I die and rez again. Super sweet!

Ashagin✭✭I have never had it happen to me but that is the nature of a bug. Log out, log back in and if it's back. Then I'd report it. ESO will never fix; rare, maybe, I swear it happened, or there the just "Eh...eventually we'll get to it" bugs. Just my opinion of course.0
