Several times today after I got killed by a warden in battlegrounds right after resurrection I droped dead showing a pve death cap asking to use a soulgem (show attacks from the guy who got the kill). It doesnt allow you to do that though. The only way out of it is the enemy kiling your dead body what almost never happens as you appear dead to them too. They only kill ya when they hit you by accident and then see they can use abilities on you.
So most times you stay stuck, then get kicked for inactivity, and you get a penalty timer:,,,,,,(
