Xbox One ESO+ with a pre paid credit card. Anyone have luck with them?

Just been playing tennis back and forth with Microsoft and my bank about trying to use my credit cards that worked before but will not now. Funny enough I can buy stuff with my credit card for ESO+ and other ESO stuff for PC with no problems at all. But for Xbox One I am having issues. So I am wondering if I try and get a pre paid credit card for ESO+. Does anyone do this? Do you have any problems with it? I am trying again to play on Xbox One again with my kids but having no luck.
Again another funny thing, I was able to get ESO+ for my daughter in June but can't now in July. I call the bank it says it's Microsoft trying to charge a zero sum or $0.00 and my bank can't refuse or accept $0.00 charges. Microsoft is saying they are charging me the $20.22 (or what ever Canadian with taxes) to the bank, so now it's a he said she said thing.
So my only hope right now to play ESO+ on Xbox One this weekend till I can get this rectified is a pre paid credit card but want to make sure before I buy one that people are doing this and it "could" work.

GDOFWR420✭✭✭✭I use a Wal-Mart money card to do all my xbox one purchases, I subed for ESO plus for 2 months but after I got email saying I was charged for the service but no money appeared to have been taken from my account i canceled it. There's an app for the card to track purchases and I bought crown in the same month as the sub and those purchases showed in my app. Do with that what you will.
I'm still waiting to be got for 2 months eso+ sub
