Good morning everyone!
My friends and I are trying to get the skin from vCoS. We did a veteran hardmode run yesterday and another one in less than 30 minutes. We were not granted any of the achievements.
We did report it, and we were told that when someone dies in Velidreth you need to activate the statue again in order for the HM to count. The thing is that none of us died in that boss. Also, we checked the time we started the dungeon and the time we finished and it was definitely less than 30 minutes.
As you probably know, Zos cannot grant achievements manually so we have no other option than trying again.
I am posting this here to figure out if anyone else had the same problem. I am scared that since the free ESO+ event gives access to everyone to the DLC, somehow there is a new bug. We want to try again this afternoon but I really don't feel like running it in HM again if I wont get the achievement, because yesterday we wasted 2 hours.
Anyone has any insight?

Yes, I know. I am not complaining about not getting the skin, we still need the no death run (which will probably take a few runs
)

itehache✭✭✭✭Well I'm guessing nobody else had the same issue. Maybe we just chose a bad day to run. We will probably just wait until the event is over. Thank you Giles for your reply!0
