    1. I you don't want your resources going into the bag then there's a handy little tick box in options to turn it off.
    2. When your sub runs out all your resources will still be there in the bag, you will be able to use them, or take them out at will, you will not however be able to put more into the bag.

Wuut? Best quality of life addition to the game and you are complaining about it?

Things in the bag will stay in the bag until you withdraw them after the ESO+ expires or you move them to your inventory. The whole point of the bag is to lighten the load on your inventory and bank space that is why it auto moves it to the craft bag.
This, its no need to put crafting materials in the bank ever. You can even redraw directly from bag for selling or mailing.
Its also shared between all characters.
Stuff you don't use often can just stay in the bag.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

As has been mentioned previously, there are a 1001 things wrong with eso, but the craft bag ain't one of them. In fact, if everything was on par with how the craft bag has been implemented this game would have scored top marks right across the board.

You are probably the first person ever complaining about the craft bag...

I can understand people saying that ESO+ is not worth it etc., but there is literally no argument against the craft bag.

Actually the vast majority of players not having their banks/packs upgraded to maximum capacity is the reason. They've told us this, many times.

Am I understand it right? After ESO+ trial ends, I must drag items to my usual bag to be able to add another one Kuta in the stack of Kutas in my bag? And if I had placed items in my bank over the usual limit (I mean, if I used more bank slots then I could without sub), I'll still be able to add Kutas in the stack of Kutas in my bank?
One of the two of us definitely has gone mad. It only remains to define whether this one is the whole world or just me.

No you do not understand it right.

Before, you had a bunch of Kutas. Let's say you had 50.

The eso plus trial moved all 50 into the craft bag.

When the trial ends, you'll have 50 in the craft bag, and cannot add more. If you pick up 1 kuta, it will stay in your characters inventory and you'll have to move it around manually, just like from before the trial.

No personal experience with this next part, but I understand that when you go to the enchant station, you will use up the kutas in the craft bag before you use up the kutas in your normal inventory.

He won't have anything in his craft bag because the craft bag disappears and puts everything back into the first character's inventory that you log in with. Or at least that's what happened to me. People are better logging in on the day it runs out with a mule. Even if they have to just create a new toon for that purpose. If they log in with their main, they won't be able to pick up anything if it goes over their max inventory.

To be fair the crafting bag is a pretty weird system if you've never used it before. If you don't have ESO Plus there is no reason to even look at that menu (in fact I think it's greyed out until the first time you use it) and the little notification when you log in that says your materials have been moved over does nothing to answer questions about what happens once they're there or after the subscription ends. As other people have said when it was first released there were a lot of questions about how it worked.

    This is correct.

That sounds like a bug. I've had ESO Plus twice and that's never happened to me when it ended, everything stayed in the crafting bag, it was just that new materials I picked up didn't go in there.

Over time the crafting bag will empty out because as mentioned above items in there get used before items in your bank or inventory, and new stuff won't go in if you're not paying a subscription. But it definitely shouldn't all be dumped out when you first log in.

Yes, all crafting mats, runes, and ingredients will go to the crafting bag unless you change the setting. Once the trial period ends you won't be able to put anything else in the bag; any mats collected will end up in your inventory and will have to be shuffled manually to your bank like you did before. Just like your bank, all your characters have access to the crafting bag. If you don't sub, you'll use the items in the bag first, and once its empty you'll lose access to it completely.

I have maxed crafter characters; I craft for my guildies in 4 guilds. Items people need for research [except nirn] I make for free. I'll craft sets of gear every ten levels, improved to green, for guildies under cp160 without asking for mats, for free. The crafting bag makes it a LOT easier than it used to be. Any and all of my characters can pick up mats while I'm playing, and not having to do the alt inventory bank shuffle makes the sub totally worth it for me.

I could almost see subbing again just for the convenience and fun of the craft bag and the costume dying. I have to agree that the instant space in the bank and on my poor-overloaded mule/crafter was astonishing. That the bank grew, too was almost superfluous for me but I can see it as a boon for people who collect armor sets. I agree that the craft bag, in some ways, negates a need for house storage; but, on the other hand, even subbers would like to have display storage in their house for their own stuff not just trophies.

I love being able to finally dye costumes. I don't have many but like to customize them and change them often. I was very disappointed in the dye stamps being usable by only one character.

First off, don't move any items from your Crafting Bag to your bank. That makes no sense. The items in your crafting bag will always be accessible even after your ESO+ ends. The crafting bag is a practically infinite storage container, why would you move stuff from there to a finite storage container like the bank?

Now for your bank, if you are at say 300 slots filled out of 150 slots allowed after your ESO+ ends then you can not add any items that would increase the slots to 301, but I believe you can still add to items that stack, since the slot count would still stay at 300.

I would leave everything in crafting bag as that will be used first before anything you collect after the event finishes. The kutas max at 200 so you can collect up to that amount before requiring another spot in your bank.

Not sure how that would work; from things that have been said, it would work like the crafting bag; no new stuff until you get the slots down to the unsubbed level. Whether that means you could add an item to a less than full stack in the bank, I have no idea.

HONNNNESTLY?? what an odd complaint. Crafting bag is worth the ESO + price tag on its own, let alone the other cool stuff.

    A) you keep the items, just can't put more in (aka you just got free storage for all your clutter you don't even use)
    B) turn off the auto return to bag function

I spent ages retrieving the items from my crafting bag and putting them in my bank only for them to end up going straight back into my crafting bag without realising it. The reason I retrieved my item is because I have the free ESO plus and i don't know what will happen to my items after it ends, and I don't want to lose them. I grabbed this stupid free eso plus membership and regret it so much, ESO plus is pretty useless to me, as I don't plan on making any other characters and I prefer to buy my DLC's so I keep them permanently. The only thing that is even slightly attractive is the double housing furnishing space so I can decorate more but that is it. The bank space because my bank became empty after i got the craft bag so its made my bank useless because I only carry what I need and use crafting mats for my bank (gold mine btw ;) ) I've noticed a few guild bank and bank problems since being on ESO plus and using the craft bag, saying something about can't access guild bank or whatever.

I'm glad I actually got to experience ESO plus and its honestly not even that great and I really don't feel like I benefit from it what so ever, ESO plus member special events does not attract me at all, and I don't care about crown crates or free crowns. It is a lot cheaper in the long run to just pay for each dlc separately as they get released. Also, I am just voicing my opinion and giving feedback about my experience so I want to keep the comments friendly.

ESO plus is not worth it.

There should be another option like a "dislike" or "you're wrong".

As for your concern ("and i don't know what will happen to my items after it ends, and I don't want to lose them") you don't lose any of your items. You only lose the ability for the items to be stored there automatically on pickup. You can still get them from the crafting bag but put nothing in there after your ESO+ expires.
