ZOS, Please Let Us Change The Style/Look Of Gear

As a Master Crafter, I really wish you would give us the ability to change the look/style of the gear that we get from drops and our own crafted gear. I know this has been said before, but I am just bringing it up again because the idea came up as I was looking through the motifs in the Crown Store. I was previewing some of the motifs I have, or would be willing to buy, and thought that I would get so much more use out of them if I could change the style. In my opinion it would bring much more value to crafting, and probably push sales in the crown store of other motifs etc.

Please consider this and relay my message to the devs, @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

I think this would be a really good idea, and would make ESO even more interesting, seeing the different types of styles and colors of people's gear...including weapons.

I like the addition of ZOS's dye sets, but I do wish you could have it as an "addition", rather than permanent. Reason is because we all have several characters and would want different dyes for each character presentation.

For weapon dyes, why not allow people to change their specific weapon colors by completing a Master Writ which specifically says..."By completing this writ, the master crafter can change [insert weapon type here] colors to their own preference."

So, basically, you would have a Master Write for each armor type and weapon type, and master crafters would be seeking to get writs for all weapons and armor types.

    But no ETA.
    PC NA, PC EU

"Instead of taking the best of the dolmens (predictable rotation), the best of the geysers (scalability based on number of players), and the best of the dragons (map location and health indicators) and adding them together to make a fun and dynamic world event scenario, they gave us....... harrowstorms." https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/6850523/#Comment_6850523

That's true, but at least it's confirmed. I would probably expect to see it in the next update after HotR

Never Expect such things. It merely leads to disappointment.

Remember when spellcrafting was confirmed? About 3 years ago.

Meh, I wouldn't be disappointed. I play full on casual mode nowadays. Just pointing out that it has been confirmed so chances are it will come at some point. Much less work than spellcrafting anyway so they really don't have any excuse
