Crown Jewels from previous crates. What can I do with them?

So I have about 32 jewels from the crown crates I got a couple months ago. So I'm still new to ESO, so what can I do with those jewels? Anything? Thanks for your help.

    You can spend crown gems on any crate season. They don't expire until the whole crate concept expires.

    So we were looking in the crown store. All of the items are crown purchases, but I see none with crown gem prices. So are the crown gems from the last season of crates worthless? What can you buy with the crown gems?

    Was about to say it's not difficult to see how you have obtained your meaningless stars as this is more or less all you do in threads, then remembered I too have accrued meaningless stars from posting shite too. :#

    They're used to buy things directly from the crown crate selection. Free LOLs please..... that's right, I still want my LOL button back ;(

    OP, I think I read somewhere you need to be in the crown crate menu to spend the gems not the normal crown store. But I've not done it so I could be wrong.

    Hmmm, maybe they will update things after the event. But is the guy on the box the crown crate menu? All he does is open crates you already have, and press R3 for crown store. But searching around all the items in the store have crown prices, and cant find crown jewel items for sale. THIS IS ANOTHER REASON I WILL NOT SPEND REAL MONEY ON THOSE GAMBLING CRATES....

    There is a "crown crates" section directly in the crown store. This is where you buy them and this is where you can buy stuff with gems. You can open every tier of rewards there to preview and/or buy with gems.
    ...how have you bought crown crates before without knowing this?

    Great. Finally found where the gem items are (thank you btw)
    ...and I got the starter pack when I first got the game at the end of April, and got the 4 crates package (didnt really have anything that blew my mind to make me want to buy more) as I wanted to support the game so I put money into it as I like to support things I really like, but after seeing what was in my free morrowind preorder crate, and reading some comments about what others are getting in this season of crates, I think I will just stick to my ESO plus sub. And with my next 3 month sub, i will have just enough on my psn wallet to get that, and spend my 4500 crowns and the small 750 crown package on the banker assistant.
