The title is what I see every time I cast cloak on my character. Any idea what is going on? As far as I can tell, the cloak still activates even though I receive the message in the top right corner of my screen that I can't cast the ability.

✭To be honest the game is about as broken as it can be and still be running.
Animations for abilities, light attacks, heavy attacks, server client communications, and what you are actually seeing on screen are so *** up the game is very unenjoyable.
I wish I could say it was just blade cloak or cloak or just stam but it really does run the gambit of all weapons and all abilities factor in latency and lag and it is ridiculously bad.
