No reason to dump 100 whatsoever. Much better to split and be more survivable.
I have to put 81 in Thaumaturgy for Exploiter passive and even that feels like a huge wasteIf not for Exploiter, I for sure wouldn't bother.
75 in Arcanist and 75 in Tenacity is enough - better put the rest in cost-reduction of roll-dodge and/or break-free.
I do feel a problem on my Healer in blue tree, though, if I am to be honest. As a DD I have a choice - Thaumaturgy, Spell Erosion, Master-At-Arms, Ele Expert, Elfborn... On a Healer? Blessed and Elfborn, the rest is pretty much useless. Gotta put something in Staff Expert... for lolz
You max out only if there is no choice. Otherwise? Not worth it.
I guess it is up to each person to work out of the extra 1% makes that much difference when it consumes 25 CP. You can work out your resource management in other ways - food, potions, enchants.ehh, the only ones i would dump a lot into is 75 for thaumaturge and yes, I feel its worthwhile to have 100 into 15% stam or mag recovery

Its 20% of the 25% stars
13% of the 15% stars
I read somewhere that the stars always round down this patch so if your not at the next whole number its wasted cp.

I was considering 83 maybe being a nice number because it's gives 14.5% from the 15% stars but if this is true and it rounds down that's a waste of 8 CP. It's a weird way to do it but I suppose it keeps things simple.

- monotonous and slow gameplay - Nothing different to a year ago - maybe I like monotony
- heavy attacking is the only form of DPS that is allowed in Morrowind - Not playing Morrowind
- zero balance in PvP - Has always been an issue - I die, so what?
- ineffective and unrequested nerfs as a result of PvP ruin PvE content - What about the buffs?
- non-operating group finder - Haven't used group finder for ages, not running dungeons
- ZoS refusing to communicate with player base about the issues ESO is suffering from - I had a response to the only issue I ever requested assistance for 100% positive results for me

- lack of sustain makes build diversity non-existent - i dont see any changes in nocp pvp, and pve sustain was overperfomring before the patch
- monotonous and slow gameplay - thats why I do pvp and pve, pve is all about rotation and mechanic and pvp is all about fast decision, a nice mix
- heavy attacking is the only form of DPS that is allowed in Morrowind no
- zero balance in PvP - balance? there cant be a balanced game unless you have only 1 class with 2 skills and no gear
- ineffective and unrequested nerfs as a result of PvP ruin PvE content - dont blame pvp for pve changes, there has been more changes to pve that affect pvp than the other way around
- non-operating group finder - who cares, form your own groups for pve
- ZoS refusing to communicate with player base about the issues ESO is suffering from - can i have your stuff?

I dont put more than 50 into ANYTHING. Its a complete waste unless you are looking for a certain perk. The CP are better spent elsewhere.
