Use more than one account is allowed by computer?

Hi, I have read in many sites that using accounts whenever they are not bots or programs is allowed, is this true at 100%?

I heard that a girl used 7 accounts and banned it for passing gold between accounts and I'm not very clear, a greeting

multiboxing is not permitted, and can result in a permanent ban. If you play with multiple accounts, at the same time, you are going to get investigated for it and potentially banned.

Owning multiple accounts and playing them at different times, is perfectly fine.

Don't know about PC's but on PS4 you can have multiple login accounts on the console which can each start their own ESO account and play. We all have families and I think it is actually against the terms of service to allow someone else to play on your ESO account, so they would need their own ESO account anyway.

The DLC's, ESO+, Crown items and Morrowind are only available for the account that bought them but ESO can be played by other users of the console.

I think the terms of service ban the use of one player setting themselves up to be logged onto multiple ESO accounts at the same time but do not ban a player having several ESO accounts, as long as you are only using one at a time.

If someone was banned for passing gold between accounts, I would say there was more to it than just sending 10k, 20k or other such small amounts between them.

Sending large amounts of gold for nothing to another account triggers the automatic gold seller defenses.

You can be banned, but will be reinstated once you've proven you're real and they are your accounts

Are you logged into multiple accounts at once? That's not allowed.

Are you just logging out of one account and into another? That's fine.

You are allowed to own multiple accounts and to log into them from the same computer.

You are not allowed to be logged into more than 1 account at the same time or to control them all together.

If you're playing on account 1 and then you log out, log into account 2 and continue playing that is allowed. If you're logged into account 1 and account 2 at the same time and when you press W both characters move forwards, when you press 1 they both attack etc. that is not allowed.

Also if you send large amounts of gold from one account to another it can look like gold selling, which is illegal and can get you banned.
