Somehow I lost the white meat to make the recipe and end this quest. I have quit it and reacquired it thinking the meat would be available but it wasn't. How would I be able to complete this quest? Quit it again and let it alone for a few days and retry? Is there another source for white meat somewhere?

Purchase from a player or a guild store.
There might be some sold at NPC's (I can't remember what they sell provisioning materials wise).

drakhan2002_ESO✭✭✭✭✭You could just drop the quest completely and pick it back up. It should reset everything. Barring that you can probably get it off either a grocer or farm it from various "yellow" NPC animals - pigs, monkeys, guars, etc. or even a guild merchant.Edited by drakhan2002_ESO on July 5, 2017 2:07PM0
