Anyone else feel like dawnbreaker is useless nowdays?

Not going through roll has really killed the skill for me, it's hard to actually burst and finish stam builds off.
PS4 EU DC

Current CP : 756+

I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

RIP my effort to get 5x v16 characters...

    I still think you shouldn't be able to animation cancel it.

    Use soul assault, its aid's and broken but what isn't this patch.

    I'm glad there is a bug cause every build I saw used it and when I finally got it I was a but disappointed.

    I use it for the 5% extra weapon damage.
    FYI - There is no such thing as 'night capping' in a world wide MMO.
    FYI - There was no paid Beta. When they launched the game the Beta was over, even if you don't think it was.
    FYI - It's B2P not F2P. There is a difference.
    FYI - It doesn't take any player skill to mash keys or buttons in this game. The ones that stay alive longer have the better internet connection and speed.
    FYI - The game is not broken, it still works. It just has 'bugs' that need to be fixed.
    Balance is a "Bad" thing.

    Example: There were hundreds of Jedi and only two Sith in Star Wars. The Jedi wanted, "Balance in the Force" and they got it. Now there are only two Jedi and two Sith.

    It's still incredibly popular on PS4-NA. Even MagSorcs are animation cancelling that crap, and have made it damn near mandatory on most PvP builds. It's disgusting, in my opinion.

    Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

    I ise it on my warden and im am just proctarding my life away.


    I realized this last night that my burst if timed correctly is just stupid....

    It goes somthing like this (in a perfect world)

    SubAssult>CritRush>viperProc>SelenesProc>SubAssult goes off>DawnBreaker>Execute.
